Why Not Try Using These Herbs to Stop Your Snoring

People have used herbs successfully as natural stop snoring aids, for thousands of years.

You will need to do some research to find some that will suit your particular type of snoring. This does involve a lot of trial and error because what works for one person may not be answer for you.

This can rubbed into the base of your nose. The oil works by reducing the swelling in the membranes of the lining of your nose so opening up the airways. This oil can also be used in a vaporizer or humidifier.

Honey and Ginger Tea
Honey and Ginger are a great combination taken as tea before bedtime. The tea works as a decongestant aid.

Sage Leaves
Take some fresh sage leaves and add to boiling water. Inhale the steam before sleeping. The combination of steam and sage vapors helps to relieve congestion.

Olive Oil
Olive oil can been used successfully to sooth your throat. Just drink a few sips before you go to sleep.

Passion Flower Tea
This is ideal if you are upset as it settles the nerves and is good for the circulation. It is best taken as a tea before retiring for the night.

Passion flower, Peppermint and Valerian Tea
This combination is best taken in powered form added to hot water. This allows the active ingredients to be absorbed quickly. This combination is great to relax you to sleep soundly.
